Build and develop the BD team, promoting continuous high-performance output from the team and individuals through the establishment, assessment, and coaching of performance indicators. Requirements: 1. Over 2 years of business development experience in cryptocurrency exchanges (CEX), must have experience in promoting derivatives business. 2. Familiar with traffic building methods for English-speaking businesses and the psychology of various types of users. Familiar with the trading logic of derivatives such as contracts and wealth management, and possess professional trading knowledge.
