Job Description:
1. Develop and execute the global promotion strategy for the platform (derivatives trading app).
2. Enhance product market share through precise customer acquisition and refined operations. Efficiently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual user download and subscription targets.
3. Act as the official representative responsible for linking, developing, and maintaining partnerships. Partners include trading KOLs, IBs, trading academies, and copy trading teams.
4. Establish long-term and stable strategic alliances with various channels to continuously amplify the subscription contributions of partners.
5. Responsible for the recruitment and incubation of global and regional general agents. Build an efficient IB agent system.
6. Optimize the operational mechanism of Affiliate and Referral programs. Develop highly attractive agent incentive policies to improve agent retention rates and maximize subscription output from the activated agent ecosystem.
Job Requirements:
1. Business development experience in the Crypto industry is required.
2. Candidates with a background in leading exchanges will be given priority, with a deep understanding of the business model of cryptocurrency exchanges.
3. In-depth knowledge of spot and derivatives trading products. Intuitive understanding of trading products such as derivatives, leverage, and copy trading.
4. Must have practical experience in at least two core positions, including exchange BD or derivatives BD, Affiliate Manager or KOL Manager.
5. Candidates with mature industry resources will be given special preference.
6. Must have access to partner resources with monthly trading volumes in the tens of millions of dollars, or have successful cases of operating large Affiliate networks, or have successful cases of operating large IB networks. Those who meet the above conditions will become star candidates for the team.
7. This position requires on-site work in Dubai initially, with the possibility of remote work later.
