Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning and executing channel marketing activities to drive trading volume and user growth targets.
Develop activity strategies around key markets (such as user acquisition, trading competitions, incentive activities, etc.), formulate effective growth, activation, and re-engagement strategies based on the user lifecycle to enhance user activity and conversion.
Follow the entire process of activities (proposal design → launch execution → data review), coordinate cross-departmental resources, and work with product, technology, and design teams to ensure the full delivery of activities, ensuring target achievement and continuous optimization.
Collaborate with the BD/KOL team to amplify activity effects using local resources.
Monitor core data metrics (trading volume, conversion rate, etc.) and provide analysis and optimization suggestions.
Requirements:
English can be used as a working language.
More than 3 years of experience in exchange/growth-related activity operations, experience in trading platforms is preferred.
Strong data analysis skills, able to drive activity optimization based on data.
Familiar with user growth strategies (user acquisition, activation, conversion), with experience in activity design.
Results-oriented, able to push business implementation under target pressure.
