Position based in Malaysia, Taiwan
Job Responsibilities:
1. Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD):
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to optimize software delivery processes.
- Manage and optimize build, test, and deployment tools and processes.
2. Automation and Tool Development:
- Utilize scripts and tools to automate deployment, monitoring, and operations.
- Develop and maintain internal tools to enhance team efficiency.
3. Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
- Use tools (such as Terraform, Ansible) to manage and configure infrastructure.
- Ensure consistency and repeatability of environments.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with development, testing, and operations teams to promote cross-team collaboration.
- Assist in resolving issues that arise during development and deployment.
5. System Monitoring and Optimization:
- Implement and improve system monitoring solutions to promptly identify performance and reliability issues.
- Analyze system bottlenecks and propose optimization solutions.
Requirements:
1. Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
2. Work Experience:
- Over 3 years of experience in DevOps or related fields.
3. Skill Requirements:
- Familiar with mainstream CI/CD tools (such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Travis CI).
- Familiar with container technologies and orchestration tools (such as Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficient in one or more scripting languages (such as Python, Bash).
- Familiar with version control tools (such as Git) and collaboration processes.
4. Qualities and Abilities:
- Good communication and teamwork skills, able to facilitate cross-department collaboration.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies, passionate about continuous improvement and optimization.
- Ability to solve complex problems with clear logical thinking.
5. Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Aliyun, GCP) is a plus.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and related technology stack.
