Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the overall architecture design and technical evolution of the front end, promoting the implementation of technical standards and best practices.
2. Lead the design and implementation of core architectural solutions such as micro frontends and SSR, enhancing system scalability and cross-team collaboration efficiency.
3. Responsible for the construction of the front-end engineering system, including build optimization, CI/CD, performance monitoring, and stability assurance.
4. Design and consolidate component libraries, scaffolding, and public capability platforms to improve development efficiency.
5. Participate in technical breakthroughs and performance optimization of complex business systems to ensure high-quality delivery.
6. Explore practical implementations of AI to enhance development efficiency (e.g., code analysis, automated review, etc.).
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 5 years of front-end development experience; experience in architecture design or as a technical lead is preferred.
2. Practical experience with React and proficient in TypeScript.
3. Familiar with micro frontend architecture and SSR practices, with experience in large project architecture.
4. Familiar with build tools such as Webpack/Vite/Rollup and performance optimization strategies.
5. Familiar with Node.js and possess certain full-stack development capabilities.
6. In-depth understanding of browser principles and front-end performance optimization methods.
7. Possess good technical abstraction ability and cross-team collaboration skills.
