Responsibilities
Assist the BD team in conducting marketing and channel activities in the Japan region, and follow up on activity execution.
Collect, organize, and analyze marketing data, evaluate activity effectiveness, and produce data reports.
Follow up on the BD team's business progress and channel performance, assist in data statistics and effectiveness analysis.
Identify issues based on data findings and assist in proposing optimization suggestions.
Maintain communication with BD, operations, and other teams to ensure information synchronization and project collaboration.
Requirements
Excellent Japanese/English language skills.
Interest in the Crypto / Web3 industry, with relevant knowledge or experience preferred.
Strong execution, learning, and adaptability skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Basic data organization and analysis skills.
Willingness to accept flexible working hours, able to respond to work messages promptly and complete tasks on time.
Experience studying, working, or living in Japan is preferred.
