Responsibilities
1. Independently plan contract and spot trading operations activities, including US stock and IPO special activities. Keep up with industry hotspots and trends, and adapt accordingly.
2. Empower agency-side activities by transforming the product team's agency backend functions and commission rules into activities that agencies are willing to promote, enhancing agency activity and customer acquisition efficiency, directly supporting the increase in revenue contribution from agencies.
3. Conduct activity data reviews and in-depth analysis, output structured review reports, and provide decision-making basis for the product team's next iteration.
Requirements
1. Over 3 years of experience in internet product operations, familiar with contract and spot trading logic, with experience in brokerage/futures/forex/activity operations preferred.
2. Able to synchronize with product research and development, understand product demand logic, and balance “activity effectiveness” and “long-term product experience.”
3. Data-sensitive, able to read BI reports, and capable of identifying issues from activity data.
4. Strong learning and research abilities, results-oriented mindset, able to work under pressure, and skilled in cross-departmental communication to promote project implementation.
5. Familiar with the application of AI tools in work, able to enhance output efficiency through AI.
