Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the overall listing operations of platform tokens, including token evaluation, listing strategy formulation, process promotion, parameter configuration, and post-listing operational management;
2. Continuously monitor the trading performance of listed tokens, analyze trading volume, price spread, depth, liquidation situations, and user trading experience, promptly identify and drive solutions for liquidity and trading anomalies;
3. Collaborate with market makers, liquidity teams, risk control, product, and technical teams to optimize contract trading experience and listing efficiency, ensuring stable operation of tokens;
4. Participate in research on key tokens, hot sectors, and market trends, promoting quality project listings and trading growth in conjunction with industry dynamics;
5. Establish and continuously optimize listing operation standards, risk mechanisms, and data monitoring systems to enhance overall listing quality and operational efficiency of the platform;
6. Participate in handling major market events and abnormal market conditions, including troubleshooting and emergency response for issues such as insufficient liquidity, abnormal spikes, price deviations, and index anomalies.
Requirements:
1. Over three years of experience in the digital currency industry, with experience in exchange derivatives/spot operations, listing, and liquidity operations preferred;
2. Deep understanding of the digital currency trading market, with strong sensitivity to mainstream sectors and popular projects, familiar with stock tokenization, MEME, AI, Layer 2, RWA, and other directions;
3. Familiar with core trading mechanisms, understanding liquidity and order book structure/depth and price spread logic/index price and mark price mechanisms, etc.;
4. Experience in liaising with market makers, liquidity service providers, or project parties is preferred;
5. Strong cross-team collaboration and project promotion abilities, capable of driving complex issues to resolution;
