Job description
- Continuously track and organize relevant online information and public opinions, analyzing the dynamics of public sentiment development.
- Manage and maintain CMC's online public image.
- Have unique strategies to address FUD (Fear, Uncertainty, Doubt).
- Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and implement response plans during negative public sentiment occurrences, conducting crisis public relations.
- Possess certain KOL (Key Opinion Leader) resources to collaboratively promote positive public opinion.
