Job description
Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily public opinion monitoring of global social media and community platforms, promptly identifying and reporting potential public opinion risks.
Collect and organize user feedback and industry hotspots, regularly producing public opinion monitoring reports.
Assist in handling sudden public opinion events, following up on public opinion changes and handling progress.
Collaborate with the team to complete other public opinion management-related tasks.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, with good English reading and writing skills.
Familiarity with social platforms such as X (Twitter), Telegram, Reddit, with preference given to those with knowledge of the Crypto industry.
Sensitive to trending events, possessing strong information collection, analysis, and communication skills.
Responsible and diligent in work, responsive in a timely manner, and able to accept shift work (three shifts).
