Job description
1. Assist the operations team in daily operational execution, including event launches, data statistics, material organization, and community maintenance.
2. Responsible for daily interaction, Q&A, and atmosphere maintenance in the exchange user community (Chinese/overseas), providing timely feedback on user issues.
3. Assist in planning and executing user acquisition, activation, and retention activities, follow up on activity data, and conduct simple reviews.
4. Compile weekly/monthly operation reports, collect industry information, competitor dynamics, and trending content.
5. Collaborate with product, business, and customer service teams to complete basic tasks such as launch announcements, activity copywriting, and content formatting.
6. Assist in providing basic operational support for contracts, spot trading, wealth management, NFTs, and other sectors.
7. Complete other operation-related tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with less than 1 year of experience in internet/blockchain/exchange operations; fresh graduates are also welcome.
2. Understanding of Web3, cryptocurrency, and basic logic of exchanges; experience using mainstream exchange platforms.
3. Familiarity with Chinese community/overseas community operations; experience in community management and event execution is preferred.
4. Basic copywriting skills, capable of simple formatting, detail-oriented, and strong execution ability.
5. Sensitive to numbers, able to use Excel/Feishu Sheets for data statistics.
6. Able to adapt to the industry's pace, strong learning ability, and long-term enthusiasm for Web3.
7. Experience using overseas social platforms (Twitter/Telegram/Discord) is preferred.
Bonus Points:
- Internship or work experience in the cryptocurrency sector, blockchain games, DEX, or CEX.
- Good command of English.
