Channel Operations

--- Responsibilities Responsible for the expansion, maintenance, and daily operations of channel resources, including KOLs, agents, alliance channels, and community partners. Follow up on the implementation of channel cooperation projects to ensure the smooth execution of promotional activities and achieve business goals. Maintain good communication with channel partners, promptly address issues and feedback during the cooperation process. Assist in planning and executing various channel promotion activities to enhance user growth, deposits, and trading conversion. Track and analyze channel data performance, regularly produce operational reports, and continuously optimize channel strategies. Collaborate with teams such as marketing, product, and operations to efficiently implement channel projects. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, business management, or related fields. More than 1 year of experience in channel operations, business development, or user growth, with experience in the internet, fintech, or crypto industry preferred. Familiar with channel cooperation models such as KOLs, alliances, and agents, with relevant resources preferred. Possess good communication and coordination skills and cross-team collaboration abilities. Strong data analysis skills, able to optimize operational effectiveness based on data. Results-oriented, strong execution ability, and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment. English can be used as a working language, and proficiency in other minor languages is preferred. ---
