Job Responsibilities:
1. Business Reception and Public Relations (Core Weight 30%)
High-end Reception: Responsible for accompanying the president to attend financial forums, important client dinners, and other events, managing on-site etiquette, itinerary coordination, and atmosphere adjustment.
Business Support: Demonstrate gracious and appropriate social skills at cocktail parties and business banquets, assist the president in energizing the atmosphere, maintaining client relationships, and adeptly handling various social situations.
Image Management: As a companion to the president, always maintain a professional and high-quality personal image, upholding the company's high-end financial brand image.
2. Schedule Management and Administrative Coordination (Weight 30%)
Schedule Optimization: Manage the president's extremely tight schedule, prioritize tasks, and efficiently coordinate meetings, travel, and signing arrangements.
Travel Accompaniment: Accompany the president on domestic and international business trips, responsible for booking flights and hotels, itinerary planning, and logistical support.
Document Handling: Draft and polish letters, speeches, and meeting minutes assigned by the president, requiring solid writing skills that fit the financial business context.
3. Business Coordination and Information Flow (Weight 35%)
Communication Hub: Act as a communication hub between the president and various business lines (investment banking, asset management, risk control, etc.), ensuring accurate transmission of instructions and timely feedback.
Meeting Follow-up: Attend important meetings chaired by the president, record decision-making matters, and follow up on the execution progress of resolutions.
Application of Financial Background: Utilize financial knowledge to assist the president in quickly sorting out industry dynamics, competitive analysis, or preliminary review of business briefs.
4. Confidentiality and Special Affairs (Weight 5%)
Absolute Confidentiality: Strictly adhere to professional ethics, keeping the president's itinerary, conversation content, and company core secrets confidential.
Emergency Response: Assist in handling temporary and sensitive tasks assigned by the president, possessing strong adaptability and emotional stability.
Qualifications:
1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above from 985/211 universities or overseas prestigious schools, preferably in finance, economics, or management.
2. Work Experience: Over 3 years of experience in the financial industry (banking/securities/funds/trusts), with experience as an executive assistant or similar preferred.
3. Personal Qualities:
Social Skills: Outgoing personality, high emotional intelligence, excellent business social skills and public relations awareness, able to adapt to frequent business dinners and travel.
Comprehensive Quality: Clear logic, strong execution ability, with a strong sense of confidentiality and ability to handle pressure.
4. Others: Holding a driver's license is preferred, able to accept flexible working hours.
