Job Responsibilities
1. Participate in the formulation of the company's agent/partner policies in line with the company's strategy, and promote the company's products comprehensively;
2. Build a control system for agent cooperation, responsible for the recruitment, operational management, and incentive elimination of agents, to establish a stable and high-quality agent team for the company;
3. Provide business guidance and training to agents, and collaborate with agents to achieve channel performance tasks;
4. Implement various agent management tasks in accordance with the company's management system for agents.
Job Requirements
1. More than one year of experience in the cryptocurrency industry, with a deep understanding of the virtual currency community and familiarity with products from various exchanges;
2. Experience in exchange business is preferred; having resources in cryptocurrency agency is a plus;
3. Familiar with the virtual currency community and groups, strong communication skills, able to address and handle daily issues encountered by users and agents.
