Location: Base Malaysia
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for daily after-sales consultation, problem-solving, and basic after-sales issue handling for overseas customers, ensuring a basic service experience for customers.
2. Regularly collect and register customer inquiries, feedback, and various issues, maintaining information records and summarizing them periodically.
3. Follow up on the progress of customer feedback issues, coordinate with relevant departments, and promote the proper resolution of problems.
4. Assist the team in daily customer service coordination work, help maintain good customer relationships, and cooperate with the team's daily collaboration tasks.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, no specific major required; those with a basic understanding of overseas trade business are preferred.
2. Basic English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, able to communicate fluently with overseas customers and answer basic inquiries.
3. Smooth communication and expression, clear logic, able to accurately understand basic customer needs and efficiently handle issues.
4. Good learning ability and adaptability, able to independently handle daily basic customer service issues and respond to simple emergencies.
5. Serious, meticulous, responsible, with a good service awareness, proactive in work, obedient to team arrangements, and possessing a good spirit of teamwork.
